You're in charge of how fast we go, where we go & when you need to rest; I simply journey beside you.

Healing can begin right where you are. Together, we’ll work to ease the weight of your experiences and move toward healing at your pace. My areas of focus include grief, adult neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
