Are you a student looking for guidance and support from an experienced psychotherapist? At Yellow Chair Therapy, our CRPO certified Registered Psychotherapist, Nichole Henderson (BA, SSW, MACP) provides quality mentorship and guidance to MACP and SSW students. We offer our students in-person and virtual counselling experience working with individuals, couples and families. Students will gain invaluable counselling experience as well as have access to educational resources and therapeutic materials.

Students must be registered with CRPO and obtain professional liability insurance. They must have flexible availability with the ability to provide in-person counselling from our Hamilton office with virtual opportunities. Students must have and inclusive and diverse lens and be willing to work with a diverse range of clientele including those from the LGBTQ+ community, racial minorities and clients with disabilities. They must be eager to learn, motivated and dedicated to their clients and practicum experience.
