Ways We Can Help

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can talk things through at your own pace. It’s a chance to explore what’s going on in your life—whether that’s stress, anxiety, relationships, or big life changes—and work together on finding ways to cope and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Trauma Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Trauma therapy is a supportive, one-on-one space to gently work through difficult or overwhelming experiences from the past. We move at a pace that feels safe for you, focusing on understanding how these experiences may still be affecting you and building ways to feel more grounded, steady, and in control in your day-to-day life.

ADHD Therapy

Individual Therapy

Relationship Therapy

ADHD therapy is a practical, supportive space to better understand how ADHD shows up in your life and what gets in the way day to day. We focus on things like attention, overwhelm, time management, emotional regulation, and self-criticism, while also building strategies that actually fit how your brain works.

Relationship Therapy

Pregnancy Loss/Fertility Therapy

Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy is a supportive space to help you and your partner improve communication, work through conflict, and better understand each other. The focus is on strengthening connection, navigating challenges together, and building healthier patterns that feel more supportive and secure for everyone involved.

Pregnancy Loss/Fertility Therapy

This is a supportive space to process the emotional impact of pregnancy loss and infertility. Sessions offer room to talk through grief, uncertainty, and the often complex feelings that can come with this experience. We move at your pace, focusing on support, validation, and finding ways to cope and carry this experience with care.

First Responders Therapy

Pregnancy Loss/Fertility Therapy

Pregnancy Loss/Fertility Therapy

First responders therapy is a supportive space for those working in high-stress, high-impact roles. Sessions focus on processing difficult experiences, managing stress, and navigating the emotional demands that can come with the job. The goal is to help you stay grounded, build resilience, and have a place to talk openly about what you’re carrying.

About Sessions

A session is a 50-minute, one-on-one space dedicated to supporting your emotional well-being. This time is yours to explore what’s going on, talk things through, and work toward greater clarity, coping, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
